Job overview
The Behavior Technician role is an onsite position based in Albuquerque, NM. This role supports the Proud Moments ABA team in providing specialized treatment for children on the autism spectrum. This position is responsible for implementing behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. The role exists to provide one-on-one support to children, helping them achieve developmental goals through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis services.
What you'll do
- Work one-on-one with clients to implement behavioral plans
- collect data to monitor progress
- support BCBA with family training
- maintain clear communication with families and supervisors
