What you'll do

• Provide nursing care in participants’ residences
• triage calls
• assist with examinations and treatments
• implement physician orders
• administer medications
• educate participants and families
• assess needs and changes in condition
• document visits and care
• coordinate referrals and appointments
• and supervise and teach nursing personnel as assigned. The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
