The Care Associate, Memory Care position is onsite in Evans, GA. Compensation is not specified. The associate assists residents with activities of daily living and restorative interventions to support independence and dignity. The role also provides companionship, leads activities, assists at mealtimes, performs basic housekeeping in the memory care neighborhood, and responds to resident and family concerns.

What you'll do

• Provide companionship and support
• assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• provide encouragement and restorative interventions
• lead or participate in individual and group activities
• serve residents during meals
• assist with laundry and basic housekeeping
• follow up on resident, family, and employee concerns.
