Intensive In-Community Therapist (LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC)

The Intensive In-Community Therapist role provides in-home and community-based services in Passaic County, NJ, including Paterson and nearby communities. Compensation is $50–$80 per hour, with rates varying by license: $50–$60 for LSW/LAC and $70–$80 for LCSW/LPC. Step Up Family Services provides individualized behavioral health services to strengthen children, families, and communities. The therapist works with youth and families to address behavioral health needs, strengthen functioning, and support progress toward individualized treatment goals. The role includes treatment planning, clinical interventions, documentation, and collaboration with families and the treatment team.

What you'll do

• Provide in-home and community-based therapeutic services
• conduct scheduled sessions
• develop, implement, review, and maintain treatment plans
• deliver clinically appropriate interventions
• monitor progress and adjust approaches as appropriate
• collaborate with caregivers and treatment team members
• complete clinical documentation
• participate in supervision, consultation, training, and team collaboration
• travel to assigned clients within the agreed service area.
