What you'll do

• Serve meals according to portion-control procedures and on time
• complete assigned cleaning of worktables, meat blocks, refrigerators, and freezers
• sweep and mop floors
• wash dishes and cooking items
• remove garbage and keep work areas clean and hazard-free
• set up meal trays, food carts, and dining areas
• collect and distribute menus
• check dietary trays and deliver food carts
• return trays and carts to the dishwashing area.
