The Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls Technician role is onsite in Cambria, WI, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Compensation is $34–$39 per hour, based on experience. The technician supports Didion’s manufacturing operations by maintaining electrical, instrumentation, and control systems. The role helps keep plant equipment safe, reliable, and efficient through troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance, calibration, and automation support. It also works with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams on equipment upgrades and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation, and control system issues
• perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• install, maintain, and calibrate instrumentation and controls
• interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs
• assist with equipment upgrades, modifications, and installations
• support plant automation
• collaborate across operations, maintenance, and engineering
• identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
