What you'll do

• Provide guest service and product recommendations
• process purchases and returns
• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty benefits
• support associate training, scheduling, feedback, and performance
• assist with payroll and time records
• maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and equipment
• fulfill and ship omnichannel orders
• manage inventory, loss prevention, cash reconciliation, deposits, and shipment discrepancies
• supervise and delegate tasks when the Store Manager is absent
• follow opening and closing procedures.
