What you'll do

• Plan, control, and direct day-to-day property operations

• support personnel training and management, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, budgeting, capital improvements, reporting, and compliance
• maintain site revenue and expense accounting
• prepare budgets and monitor expenditures
• support marketing and listings
