What you'll do

• Respond to incoming internet, phone, and customer inquiries
• make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers
• schedule and confirm sales and service appointments
• build customer relationships by phone, text, and email
• maintain customer information and follow-up activity in the CRM
• coordinate handoffs with the sales team
• follow up with missed appointments and unsold customers
• work toward monthly appointment and performance goals.
