Dining Service Technician – Flex / PRN

What you'll do

• Review menus and work orders
• prepare and stock assigned tray-line station items
• read meal tickets and plate correct items according to presentation, portion, quality, temperature, and appearance requirements
• request replenishment from the cook
• maintain food temperatures
• wrap, label, date, and store ingredients safely
• clean and organize food service areas and equipment
• wash pots.
