What you'll do

• Coordinate personal injury patient cases across three locations
• provide onsite support for PI operations
• accompany patients to partner appointments when needed
• coordinate scheduling and patient support
• liaise with patients, attorneys, chiropractors, and medical providers
• track appointments, treatment progress, and case status
• ensure forms and documentation are completed
• follow up on appointments and treatment plans
• coordinate transportation
• update management
• support front office operations when needed.
