What you'll do

• Develop and streamline shop inspection processes
• serve as the facility’s primary customer quality assurance contact
• manage quality employees and make final judgments on quality issues
• establish quality procedures, documentation, metrics, and improvements
• provide technical and statistical expertise and training
• create inspection criteria
• analyze and report inspection metrics
• manage nonconforming product and scrap processes
• oversee quality audits and budgets.
