This role keeps kitchenware, work areas, and equipment clean, organized, and sanitary so the back-of-house team can maintain service. It also supports basic food preparation and safe kitchen operations.

What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
• maintain clean and organized dishwashing areas, kitchen stations, and storage
• operate dishwashing machines and keep them supplied with proper chemicals
• remove trash and recycling
• clean floors, drains, and workstations
• store kitchen tools and equipment
• follow sanitation and safety requirements
• assist with basic prep and food handling as needed
• collaborate with the back-of-house team.
