What you'll do

• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• process inventory holds and releases
• review receipts and outbound orders for accuracy
• invoice and verify accounts
• generate requested customer reports
• verify inventory and notify customers of potential shortages
• monitor electronic transactions
• coordinate special requests and expediting with Operations
• resolve customer issues as the first point of contact
• maintain organized documentation
• perform other duties and projects as needed.
