Counter Associate

The Counter Associate role is onsite in Baltimore, MD, with a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule. Compensation is $15–$16 per hour. The position supports PSE Group’s coatings customers and inside sales operations. The role serves walk-in and phone customers, prepares paint orders, and supports sales and inventory activities so customers receive accurate products and service.

What you'll do

• Answer customer questions and phone orders, track order status and shipments, and serve in-store customers.
• Mix paint using standard and custom formulas, prepare orders for pickup or delivery, reconcile inventory, stock merchandise, support outside sales, maintain customer records, and clean assigned areas and equipment.
