What you'll do

• Ascertain vehicle performance problems and service requests
• verify warranty and service contract coverage
• develop estimates
• write repair orders and maintain customer records
• communicate customer needs to technicians and explain recommended services to customers
• obtain approval signatures and enter repair orders into the service database
• communicate additional service needs, specials, completion times, and expenses
• administer manufacturer warranties for qualifying repairs.

Why this role
