Custodial Cleaner

The Custodial Cleaner role is onsite in East Providence, RI, with an hourly pay range of $18–$20 based on experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. The position supports Picerne Real Estate Group's apartment communities. The role keeps apartments, shared spaces, grounds, and community buildings clean and ready for residents, while assisting the maintenance team and reporting repair concerns to support community upkeep and occupancy goals.

What you'll do

• Prepare market-ready units and remove trash from vacant apartments
• assist with mechanical, carpentry, and electrical repairs as needed
• report maintenance concerns
• maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, clubhouse, parking lots, and other community buildings
• clean vacant apartments and common areas
• assist with snow removal.
