The role exists to provide reliable, responsive IT operations that support business needs and enterprise platforms. It leads global IT engineering and local service management, improves service delivery and infrastructure performance, and aligns operational work with business priorities and global standards.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop IT operations resources
• develop and execute service and infrastructure strategies
• manage service delivery, network availability, and system uptime
• monitor service levels and operational metrics
• direct incident, problem, change, and escalation management
• partner with security and control functions on security, compliance, disaster recovery, and continuity
• manage vendor relationships, contracts, and technology budgets
• drive modernization, automation, and operational efficiency.
