Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing care to clients to include but not limited to administering medication, taking vitals, assessing medical needs of clients. Assisting with the taking and recording of daily client vital signs and assessments. Administering medications and treatments as per provider protocol. Assisting with client admissions and discharges.
