What you'll do

• Advise employees and managers on policies, procedures, and workplace concerns
• assist with employee relations and corrective action documentation
• coordinate training, certifications, onboarding, and training records
• support compliance audits, employment documentation, and HR policies
• partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on onboarding and hiring initiatives
• compile HR metrics and support growth-related projects.
