Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Waukesha, WI, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation is $22–$25 per hour. The position supports Mission Creek, a senior living community focused on residents' care and well-being. The technician maintains and repairs the building, equipment, and grounds so the community can operate safely and reliably. The role also documents inspections and safety checks, coordinates fire drills, and supports contractor-led facility projects.

What you'll do

• Perform routine building and equipment maintenance and repairs
• monitor contractor renovation and replacement projects
• maintain HVAC, refrigerators, boilers, washers, dryers, and other equipment under supervision
• participate in painting, redecorating, carpentry, concrete, and masonry work
• inspect fire control equipment and sprinkler systems
• maintain facility safety logs and coordinate monthly fire drills
• inspect and maintain grounds.
