The Warehouse Manager works onsite in Schenectady, NY; The role supports Kari Out’s warehouse and distribution operations for finished goods from internal manufacturing and external suppliers. The manager oversees a multi-shift operation covering receiving, storage, order processing, staging, loading, and inventory accuracy. The role develops staff and processes, maintains safety, and improves operational and customer-service performance as the organization grows.

What you'll do

• Manage warehouse and yard activities, including receiving, storage, transfers, inventory, and shipping
• track financial, operational, and customer-service metrics
• collaborate on strategic projects
• develop continuous-improvement practices
• recruit, train, and develop staff
• manage reviews and disciplinary actions
• create and enforce processes
• validate ERP and WMS processes
• manage equipment fleet and vendor relationships
• maintain safety training and records
• plan warehouse layout, product flow, and handling systems.
