The Healthcare Strategy Manager – Value-Based Reimbursement & Payer Strategy is an onsite, full-time role in Southfield, MI. Compensation is not specified. The role partners with EPIC Health’s executive leadership and clinical, finance, operations, and revenue cycle teams to advance value-based reimbursement and payer performance. This position develops and implements strategies for value-based contracts and programs, using payer, financial, quality, utilization, and operational data to identify improvements. It also supports payer relationships and negotiations, ACO program performance, provider credentialing and enrollment, and cross-functional execution to improve financial and clinical outcomes.

What you'll do

• Develop value-based reimbursement strategies
• analyze payer, financial, quality, utilization, and operational performance
• monitor contracts and coordinate improvement plans
• support payer relationships, negotiations, renewals, and contract implementation
• manage ACO and other value-based program requirements
• monitor HEDIS and other quality measures
• oversee provider credentialing and payer enrollment
• prepare dashboards, reports, forecasts, and executive presentations
• monitor regulatory changes
• lead cross-functional projects.
