PRP Community Counselor. DPCS is a client-centered, family-driven psychiatric rehabilitation program located in Baltimore, MD. We are looking for a dedicated Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counselor (PRC) to join our team. Preferably, our organization needs counselors that are willing to meet the client where they are.
