Job overview

The Mortgage Licensing Specialist role is based in the Las Vegas metro area, with occasional office attendance as needed. Compensation is $100 per hour, for approximately 80 hours per year. HomeLight is a real estate technology platform supporting home buying and selling transactions. The specialist serves as HomeLight’s Nevada Mortgage Loan Originator of record for its Buy Before You Sell program. The role coordinates licensing requirements and works with compliance and regulators so the program can operate in accordance with state requirements.

What you'll do

• Serve as the Mortgage Loan Originator on record for HomeLight in Nevada
• support the Buy Before You Sell program
• coordinate with internal teams to meet licensing requirements on time
• liaise with regulators as required in coordination with the compliance department
• complete continuing education as required.
