What you'll do

• Operate and unload the dish machine
• maintain clean dishes and kitchen equipment
• clean and sanitize dish-room and kitchen areas
• follow food-safety and sanitation standards
• assist with food preparation by washing, cutting, measuring, portioning, labeling, and storing ingredients
• assist with basic cooking and baking under supervision
• organize storage areas and restock supplies.
