Program Manager, China Market Focus

The Program Manager, China Market Focus role is onsite in Seattle, WA. Compensation is $110,000–$150,000 per year. Group14 develops and manufactures advanced silicon battery materials intended to support rechargeable batteries and the transition to electrification.

What you'll do

• Manage qualification programs for Chinese battery manufacturers and OEMs from sample gates through scale-up
• serve as the primary technical and operational contact for Chinese accounts
• align customer specifications, testing, sample delivery, and milestones with internal capacity
• resolve technical, quality, and schedule issues
• coordinate R&D, Quality, Operations, and Finance resources
• and plan and host customer reviews, factory audits, and executive visits.
