What you'll do

• Perform organ back-table functions for local procurements
• support surgical recovery while maintaining sterility and following UNOS packaging guidelines
• assist with post-mortem care and final closure
• coordinate with Donor Services Center staff and facilities staff
• perform biopsies as requested
• participate in SurgiSLUSH creation and research studies when appropriate
• perform renal pulsatile perfusion and place kidneys on preservation machines
• support off-site recoveries
• maintain documentation and standard operating procedure compliance
• assist with training and office duties.
