What you'll do

• Run monthly asset settlements and depreciation in SAP S/4HANA
• coordinate asset capitalization timing and cost allocation with Real Estate and Construction
• manage asset acquisitions, transfers, reclassifications, impairments, disposals, and write-offs
• maintain asset master data
• post gains or losses under U.S. GAAP
• reconcile the fixed-asset subledger to the general ledger and resolve variances.
