What you'll do

• Inspect facilities to identify maintenance needs and preventive-maintenance work
• follow safety regulations
• maintain the company vehicle
• inspect smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, exit signs, and emergency lights monthly
• perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs
• paint designated areas and repair gypsum board
• complete general facility maintenance
• perform monthly generator checklists
• supervise attendance of employees, independent vendors, and contractors and organize monthly strategic meetings
• comply with applicable CMS and other regulatory guidelines.
