What you'll do

• Greet customers in person, by phone, and online
• manage calls, emails, and texts
• accurately record details and route urgent medical calls to doctors
• resolve concerns and communicate customer needs to technicians and doctors
• discuss financial options and end-of-life decisions confidentially
• process payments
• follow up after visits
• capture special moments with permission.
