The CNC Operator is an onsite, full-time role in Pacific, WA. Pay is $22–$30 per hour. The operator supports Danner Corporation’s manufacturing work by producing machined parts to quality and safety standards. The role plans, sets up, programs, and operates CNC machinery, using technical drawings and precision measurement tools to meet specifications. Accurate production records, equipment care, and troubleshooting help maintain quality and production flow.

What you'll do

• Plan machining from work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, and specifications
• set up and program CNC horizontal routers and mills
• prepare tools and fixtures
• review schedules and ensure required items are available
• deburr parts and maintain machines and work areas
• complete production and quality logs
• troubleshoot equipment and perform minor preventive maintenance when applicable
• measure parts and maintain specifications
• replace worn tools
• follow quality and safety standards.
