What you'll do

• Maintain a consistent lobby presence
• assist arriving and departing guests with portage and door opening
• provide information about Stowe and the lodge
• monitor incoming groups and their needs
• deliver baggage, gifts, flowers, and amenities
• maintain the front entrance
• perform seasonal tasks such as shoveling, shuttle runs, and starting fires
• cover switchboard agents during breaks or staffing shortages.
