Job overview

The Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) role is onsite at Meadow Creek in Pine City, MN. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour. EOSIS provides behavioral health and addiction recovery services through treatment centers in Minnesota. Using lived recovery experience, the specialist encourages and supports patients working toward recovery goals. The role helps patients navigate transitions, connect with community resources, and remain engaged in treatment and recovery services.

What you'll do

  • Support patient arrival and departure logistics, including transportation and follow-up appointments
  • coordinate transitions with program and discharge staff
  • help create social activities
  • connect patients with healthcare, housing, employment, and continued treatment resources
  • support community reintegration and self-advocacy
  • assist counselors with calls as needed
  • provide residential recovery support, monitoring, documentation, and patient care assistance
  • coordinate treatment and community connections.
