What you'll do

• Provide trauma-informed case management to internal shelter clients and community clients as needed
• manage paperwork and billing for contractual obligations as needed
• maintain organized client files and help prepare for program audits
• complete risk assessments as directed
• collaborate with clients on goals and assessments of needs
• review support plans weekly with clients
• support resident participation and lead meetings or classes with the program manager
• communicate with community agencies and partners
• advocate for residents and accompany them to appointments as necessary
• provide community-based case management
• cover open shifts and call-offs when on call
• fulfill one week per month of on-call responsibility.
