What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize equipment
• complete preventive maintenance
• calibrate equipment
• replace filters, gaskets, and belts
• assist with truck orders and deliveries
• conduct weekly and monthly inventory
• inspect bulk CO2 and Coke tanks
• manage operations and cleaning supplies
• maintain the building
• filter oil fryers daily.
