The Licensed Counselor role is onsite in Longmont, CO, with schedules of 5:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. or 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Compensation is $31.25–$36.00 per hour, plus performance bonus opportunities. Behavioral Health Group provides substance-use treatment and related patient support. The counselor helps patients work toward social, educational, and occupational goals and prepare for a drug-free life. The role combines individual and group counseling, treatment planning, referrals, crisis support, and coordination with community providers while following applicable program and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Conduct alcohol and drug counseling and group sessions
• orient patients to program operations
• collect and assess social, educational, economic, and vocational information
• develop and revise treatment plans and maintain records
• make referrals and follow up
• support intake and readmission
• provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling
• coordinate care with community providers
• participate in required training and meetings
• perform OBOT services
• comply with regulatory and accrediting requirements.
