What you'll do

  • Supervise Outreach Workers, approve data, and plan staff activities
  • review shootings and violent incidents with program leadership
  • investigate causes of violence to support mediation and prevent retaliation
  • conduct community outreach
  • represent the program at community meetings
  • organize mobilization and public education activities
  • coordinate volunteers
  • develop and distribute anti-violence materials
  • document work and referrals
  • provide case management and linkages to community programs
  • support trauma-informed practice and staff training.
