Community Sales Coordinator

Job overview

The Community Sales Coordinator role is an onsite, community-based position in the Minneapolis, MN area, with frequent travel across the Minneapolis–St. Paul market and clinic locations. The coordinator builds community awareness and partnerships to expand the patient base, organizing outreach events and targeted campaigns while tracking referrals and patient conversions. The role connects the clinics with community organizations and healthcare partners through outreach and relationship development.

What you'll do

• Develop relationships with insurance sales agents
• plan and coordinate community outreach events
• lead clinic-specific outreach campaigns
• maintain weekly production and event calendars
• track and report outreach activity, referrals, and patient conversion metrics
• promote the medical group at open houses, health talks, and seminars
• build healthcare-industry relationships and business-to-business partnerships.
