What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils
• operate and maintain dishwashing machines
• store clean dishes and equipment in designated places
• clean surfaces and floors in the dishwashing area
• manage trash and recycling
• collaborate with banquet and kitchen staff
• follow health and safety regulations
• assist with additional event-support tasks.

Why this role
