Lead Case Manager

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• conduct and document supervision sessions
• perform case manager functions including intake, assessment, counseling, case management, and documentation
• address resident behavior and unit safety with the Case Manager Supervisor
• provide crisis intervention and review disciplinary summaries
• audit clinical charts
• present curriculum lectures and groups as directed
• conduct weekly Clinical Intervention Committee meetings
• train, coach, and supervise case managers
• oversee security checkpoints and resident movement
• maintain headcounts, reception and discharge records, and substance abuse tracking
• conduct progress reports and performance reviews.
