What you'll do

• Advise clients on bankruptcy, financial restructuring, and related commercial matters
• assist with restructuring strategies and bankruptcy proceedings
• handle commercial transactions arising in restructuring and insolvency matters
• conduct legal research and prepare written work
• collaborate with attorneys and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders.
