The role supports timely, person-centered care for clients and families with mental health and substance use needs.

What you'll do

• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation, psychotherapy, care coordination, and individual, family, or group therapy as required. Assess and treat clients and families
• communicate with stakeholders
• collect and analyze data
• notify the treatment team of potential risks
• complete utilization reviews and authorization documentation
• monitor rotating after-hours cell phone coverage one week every 12–14 weeks.
