Quality Manager — NASCAR Operations

The Quality Manager role is onsite at Technique’s Concord, NC facility; compensation is not specified. The role leads the Quality department supporting the company’s NASCAR operations and race-team customers. The manager oversees quality systems, customer issues, inspections, and manufacturing controls for chassis, welded tubular structures, and race-ready assemblies. The role helps ensure products meet NASCAR specifications and are delivered on time for race season while driving continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead the Quality department and support the established QMS
• serve as lead quality contact for NASCAR and race-team customers
• investigate concerns and lead root cause and corrective action
• ensure conformance to drawings, specifications, and technical bulletins
• coordinate customer inspections and certification
• own and report quality KPIs
• support internal audits and management reviews
• manage document control, calibration, nonconforming material, traceability, PFMEAs, control plans, first article inspections, MSA, and SPC
• oversee welding, assembly, supplier, and incoming inspection quality
• direct laser scanning and dimensional certification
• coach and develop quality staff
• train employees.
