What you'll do
- Enforce facility policies and procedures
- complete client intakes in the electronic medical record
- conduct rounds to monitor safety and compliance
- perform drug testing according to approved procedures
- conduct medication pass
- document client information and report observations
- help maintain facility supplies
- communicate with supervisors and team members.
