What you'll do

• Conduct consultations and evaluate immigration relief options
• develop strategies for complex cases
• manage caseloads and filing deadlines
• supervise and mentor paralegals
• review and prepare immigration filings
• represent clients before courts and government agencies
• research and draft legal documents
• communicate with clients
• support business development and community outreach
• work one Saturday per month.
