What you'll do

• Provide direct supervision of Lead Registered Dental Assistants and indirect supervision of their teams
• support recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and competency evaluation
• coordinate clinical support staffing and coverage across agency sites
• implement standardized workflows
• monitor regulatory, infection-control, and safety compliance
• perform clinical support duties as needed
• and assist with fiscal and administrative needs.
