What you'll do

• Support Linux operations, maintenance, health checks, monitoring, configuration, access and file-system management, and issue resolution with senior guidance
• assist with patching, software installs, updates, certificate management, and configuration changes
• use Ansible and configuration-management tools to support standardized automation
• troubleshoot systems and workflows, document findings, and escalate significant issues
• contribute to testing, documentation, implementation, and verification of infrastructure changes across on-premises, virtualized, and cloud environments
• collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, application, platform, and service partners
• follow GxP, data integrity, cybersecurity, access, change-control, and incident-management standards.
