The Chemical Filling Operator – Reagents role is onsite in Waltham, Massachusetts, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The stated pay range is $24–$29 per hour. Nova Biomedical develops and manufactures diagnostic and scientific instruments and solutions intended to support patient care and scientific discovery. The operator fills, seals, and labels reagents according to written and verbal instructions, while maintaining accurate production records and following good manufacturing practices and quality system requirements. The role supports reliable production by preparing equipment, monitoring fill and seal accuracy, handling product, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize filling equipment before each run
• set up and operate filling, sealing, and labeling equipment
• monitor fill volume, seal efficacy, and label accuracy
• load and unload product, verify counts, and quarantine product as required
• complete Device History Record documentation in accordance with GMP and quality system requirements
• clean equipment and work areas
• collaborate with team members and supervisors on production schedules and continuous improvement.
