What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out access-control procedures and site policies
• monitor vehicle and pedestrian entry points, verify authorized access, issue visitor credentials as applicable, and maintain access records
• respond to incidents and concerns and escalate according to procedures
• conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, entry points, and perimeter areas
• communicate with residents, visitors, property staff, and emergency personnel.
